The Care Training Consortium is an organisation set up to assist the independent (Private & Voluntary) care sector in West Sussex access information and funding support for quality training provision. The Consortium has been established as a not-for-profit, employer-led and learner-centred organisation. Its aim includes the provision of a single point of access for training information, and it will act as a broker to secure training and funding to support the independent care sector. The Consortium seeks to support quality care provision for all services users through its commitment to staff development.
