The last registration date for the above award will be 31^st December 2010 with a certification end date of 31^st December 2013. Its proposed QCF replacement is currently being developed with an expected launch date of September 2010.

The West Sussex Council for Voluntary Youth Services (WSCVYS) are offering funded (free) places on a series of half-day Basic Child Protection workshops running throughout the year. While initially aimed at voluntary groups supporting children and young people, we have received confirmation these opportunities have been extended to both voluntary and private social care providers supporting C&YP.
